GenAer is a family-owned and operated company located in Claremont, Minnesota. For over 20 years, GenAer has been building heavy-duty generators, air compressors, and combination units designed for demanding work.
What started as a solution to our own equipment needs became a commitment to building reliable, long-lasting equipment for businesses across the country.
20 Years of Industrial Air & Power
GenAer was born out of a need for better equipment. Twenty years ago, during our start as a spray foam operator, we found the industry options for reliable electric power and dry compressed air lacking. To meet that need, we began designing and building our own spray foam rigs, using top tier equipment.
As spray foam professionals took notice of our custom, portable diesel generator and air compressor units, they wanted one for their rig too. We began selling our innovative generator power units and building more and more equipment, and GenAer was born.
Since 2005, GenAer has grown to offer electric, pneumatic, and fluid power solutions to a range of industries that require reliable and portable generators and air compressors. These include spray foam insulation, specialty coating, concrete lifting, water supply maintenance, oil and gas exploration, pipeline building, and other industrial or construction companies.
