The GenAer combination power system is a total self-contained power and air source. The unique compact design includes, generator, air compressor, air dryer, air tank and fuel tank all in one package. The unit not only saves space but eliminates the labor and time involved in the installation of separate remote components.

The 1800 rpm diesel engine and heavy-duty generator provide a constant, even power flow for equipment with sensitive electronic components.

The rotary screw air compressor produces air only when needed and runs in energy saving idle mode when there is no demand for air.

The compact air receiver holds reserve air for use when the compressor is not running. Compressor outlet air can reach temps up to 190°F and is moisture laden. The elongated air receiver cools the air and removes moisture for cleaner drier air and decreased stress on your drying system as well as increased equipment longevity.

The regenerative dryer uses the latest technology to provide clean, dry, compressed air, achieving dewpoints of -30°F. Not only is the air quality superior to refrigerated drying systems, the required maintenance is very simple and can be performed easily by the end user.

LIGHTWEIGHT & COMPACT: GenAer’s small footprint helps utilize space in small areas more efficiently. The standard systems are 40″ x 68″ and weigh 1850-1950 lbs.

INTEGRATED AIR & TANK DRYING SYSTEM: All GenAer Power Systems come equipped with an integrated air receiver, providing air cooling, air storage, and moisture separation. The optional Tsunami filtration and air-drying system provides the dry air and exceptional air quality.
